Argentina has reported a significant increase in dairy product exports. In the first ten months of 2025, exports grew by 19% in value, totaling US$1.353 billion. The export volume in milk equivalent liters increased by 14%, reaching 2.471 billion liters. October was the most successful month since December 2013, with 47,778 tons of products exported. The main destinations for exports were Algeria and China. Domestic production also shows positive growth: for January-October, it increased by 10.7%. In October 2025, a total of 1.162 billion liters of milk were milked in the country. The Argentine Dairy Chain Observatory noted that the share of exports in October reached 30.9%, which is the highest figure for October on record. The main export products were skim milk, whole milk, semi-hard cheeses, butter, and whey.
